Role Purpose
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join our Roads Planning Team. The team is responsible for the assessment and consenting of developments affecting the public road network. You will provide a vital link between the administrative and technical aspects of the service, providing key support in both areas.
The post is extensively frontline in nature providing the customer interface for the Roads Planning Service. The duties and responsibilities are wide ranging and include responsibility for administering the Roads Planning Service mailbox to ensure Customer enquiries are dealt with professionally and supporting the development and implementation of procedures to enhance operational efficiency
Essential
Have an HNC/HND or equivalent in a relevant discipline (or be currently working towards this) or be able to demonstrate comparable training and professional development.
