Croftmalloch Primary School is a non-denominational school in the heart of Whitburn and has approximately 220 children on roll from P1 – P7 across 10 classes, as well as a busy and well-attended Nursery. Working in Croftmalloch Primary School, the successful candidate will fulfil administrative duties within the school office. Duties will include providing administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team, entering and maintaining accurate records on registration, attendance and finance, and supporting effective incoming and outgoing communication. The successful candidate must have good IT and inter-personal skills. Experience of using Council procurement and record keeping software is desirable, though not essential. You should be able to work as part of a team and enjoy a variety of tasks within your remit.

From 28 February 2011 preferred candidates will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check prior to a formal offer of employment being made by West Lothian Council
