Welcome to Fair Deal

We are a social enterprise company providing assistance and support for people with learning disabilities, older people and young people.

Based in Castlemilk in Glasgow, we work alongside people who use our support, to help them have the kind of life they want.

For our ground breaking work in valuing people with learning disabilities as active citizens, we were proud winners of the Social Enterprise of the Year Award for 2013.

In 2018 we received a number of awards such as “Investors In People – Gold 2018” and “Good Practice Award Silver 2018”.

In 2013 we also won the Evening Times Community Champion Award for our innovative project called ‘Help Yourself Grow‘. We were also winners of the 2014 Streets Ahead Award and received Investors in People, “Bronze – Certificate of Accreditation”

We offer a range of activities and support options for people who may wish to use their individual budget to buy what they need from Fair Deal. Self directed support options means people now have more choice and control over the services and support they receive, how they are supported and when that support takes place.

At Fair Deal we are committed to personalised and individual support arrangements that create opportunities for people to build friendships and relationships where they want to.

Duty of Candour

At Fair Deal we produce an annual Duty of Candour report documenting any Duty of Candour occurrences for the each financial year.
