Partners for Inclusion Group is the overarching organisation, bringing together Partners, Just Connections, and Linking Lives

Our ethos is to support individuals to live the best life that they can, within their own homes, with their own dedicated team.

We continuously strive no matter what their personal circumstances. Creating and maintaining an ordinary life for all through inclusion and the promotion of independence is at the heart of what we do.

We support people in their own homes and in the community. The job is as varied as the people we work with. You must enjoy spending time with people, including those with needs related to disability, autism or mental health. Your job is to help individuals do the things they love to do. This might involve helping an individual to communicate, make choices and access opportunities. You may be required to work some unsocial hours, support people on holiday and be able to commit to being flexible. A variety of contracted hours are available.
