As well as helping the people we support in their own homes, you’ll also provide emotional support and assist them to maintain relationships with family and friends.
The individuals we support enjoy being active and have many interests and hobbies including going to college, out for a spot of lunch, to the disco or to watch the football, trips to the safari park and many more. With your support you will enable the people we support to grow with independence and confidence as they work towards goals and outcomes.
We may use CALM which are physical intervention and escape techniques to ensure the safety of supported individuals, colleagues, and members of the public.
