We provide residential care for young people from ten to eighteen years old and are looking for Night Shift Care Worker at our three-bed care home near Drongan, Ayrshire.

We provide a homely, safe, and supportive environment and promote responsibility, growth, learning and positive outcomes for young people who come to stay with us.

As part of a team, you will provide day-to-day care, support, and direction to young people with challenging emotional and behavioural needs. The role requires you to work in line with national childcare practice and use planned activities as a medium for healing. It also requires that...

Hours are 10 pm to 10 am shifts (8 or 14 shifts every 4-week rota)—salary £11.45 per hour.

Whilst previous experience would be desirable, excellent support skills, the right motivation, personal qualities, and levels of resilience are just as critical. In return, you can expect:
