Nature's Little Wonders

Nature’s Little Wonders is a new fully outdoor nursery in North-East Fife. Our approach to education is guided by the Froebel philosophy and the Forest School ethos. Both educational philosophies recognise the importance of nature, support the holistic development of children, and acknowledge children as individuals. Nature’s Little Wonders wants to contribute to the inspiring work, that is already being carried out in Scotland, in providing nurturing, nature-based opportunities for children to learn and develop. By doing this, we feel we can give Scotland’s children the best start to their school years by helping them to develop the social and emotional skills needed for their lives. By establishing their love of nature, this will ultimately benefit the future of Scotland and its citizens. We want children to look forward to attending each week in the knowledge they will be in an environment that gives them time, space, and freedom to learn through play.
