Area Estates Surveyor

Job Description

The position is a key role in our Estates Team, working in the Buchan and Banff & Buchan areas on a wide variety of commercial property work and portfolio management, including sales, lettings, rent reviews and tenant engagement. Hydrid work pattern with regular attendance in office.

Applicants seeking part-time opportunities will also be considered for this post.

There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
