Job Description

This post is an exciting opportunity to enhance our already settled and experienced management team within the locality. You will provide professional leadership as first line manager with day to day operational management responsibility for a team or teams of staff delivering front line services, whilst ensuring high standards of practice parameters and service provision are maintained.

Working across client groups this post offers an opportunity to develop knowledge and skills in a fast paced environment dealing with current demands and to develop how we support our communities in the future.

As a Team Manager within the locality team you will develop, implement and lead on systems and processes to support the team.  Working closely and collaboratively with other departments and organisations, to respond  and contribute to  the quality of care and quality of life for individuals within our communities.
