An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Council’s PA Hub for a qualified Senior PA Administrator to oversee the PA support tasks to CMT and will also be responsible for the day to day management of the PA hub and management of service standards and provide advanced admin support to the Council Management Team. 

Applicants should have an ability to work on your own initiative, manage and prioritise a busy work schedule and demonstrate attention to detail is essential. Along with your excellent IT, communication, interpersonal and organisational skills and experience of working in a proactive and flexible way, you will support our team in delivering the highest standard to the Council Management Team.

Job Details

To supervise staff responsible for the delivery of business support functions to the Executive Support Team. Also responsible for maximising efficiency of service delivery, developing standards and new ways of working to support best value.

To provide technical, specialist or advanced administrative support to the Council Management Team (CMT).

Following established procedures, s/he will work with minimal supervision, exercising discretion and initiative whilst carrying out advanced administrative tasks, often involving the use of IT-based skills.

Job Requirements

Relevant Qualifications
Educated to HNC or SVQ Level 3 in a relevant subject and/or able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge, skills and competencies gained through relevant experience.
