Job Details

Responsible for the resource management/development of a group of Surveyors and trainee Surveyors in a defined team delivering a comprehensive Surveying and Estimating Service to Council Services, Community Planning Partners and Housing Association.

Contribute to key functional activities and initiatives as delegated by the Quantity Surveying Team Manager.

The Person

If you meet the essential qualification criteria outlined below, we’d like to hear from you:

Educated to SCQF level 9 in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

Membership of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

You should have experience of working as part of a team and have extensive experience in a Lead/Senior Surveying role.

Sound knowledge of Building Construction and Systems is essential.

The ability to travel throughout Fife.

We are currently shaping our future workstyles however, in light of current advice, we are introducing blended home/office working that will include office access days each week with homeworking for the remainder of your working time.
