Job Description

Post Title: Repairs Coordinator
Location: Highland-wide (currently based at Building Maintenance Depot, Harbour Road, Inverness)
Hours: 35 hours per week
Duration: Maternity cover - approx 12 months
Salary: £24,806 - £27,172 p.a.

Salary placing will normally be at the first point of the scale.

Job Purpose: Using Dynamic Scheduling to organise operatives to deliver an effective building repairs service via Connect.

Act as the interface between the customer and the service provider, ensuring end to end responsibility for work completion, including customer satisfaction surveys.
