Job Summary

We may conduct our interviews in person or using Microsoft Teams for video calling. All you need is a device with a camera and access to the internet. We will provide guidance and instructions on how to use this method if your interview is being held virtually.

The Harbour Arts Centre is a busy and lively Arts Venue in Irvine, with a popular and full programme of events. We are now looking for a Visitor Services Assistant to join our friendly Arts & Cultural Team at the centre. As the Vistitor Services Assistant you will be the first point of contact for members of the public, colleagues and partners ensuring that everyone who visits has a positive and enjoyable experience and support the smooth running of the wide-ranging programme. You should have an interest in arts and culture, are passionate, flexible, resourceful and be able to work under pressure. Please note that this post will require you to work Fridays and Saturdays (14 hours).
