Role Summary:
You will have responsibility for the delivery of high-quality, accurate, and timely administrative tasks to ensure smooth recruitment and employment processes. You will provide proactive and responsive support to the HR team and others across the organisation.
With strong analytical skills and experience with HR systems, you will maintain employee documentation and ensure databases are up to date in line with company regulations. You will be the first point of contact for all queries including new starters, ensuring a smooth onboarding process along with ongoing support throughout the employee lifecycle.
