Based within the Quality Assurance section at Health & Social Care Headquarters, we are currently recruiting a Service Manager to contribute to the on-going development and implementation of a commissioning and quality assurance framework that will support the design and delivery of high-quality services across North Lanarkshire Health & Social Care Partnership.
You will manage a team that supports the quality provision of services and you will have excellent leadership skills to ensure that staff have an awareness of the strategic goals and objectives of the partnership. This post is for someone who will develop a team of professional staff to support this interesting and challenging work around professional and regulatory standards, quality assurance for contracted and registered services, information governance and complaints management.
Your role will also support the development and implementation of policies and procedures in line with national and council policies and you will contribute to the development of Social Work strategic service plans and manage compliance of service delivery consistent with these.
You will work with a range of key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
To apply you require to hold a professional qualification at degree level or equivalent and in addition have substantial experience of managing the delivery of quality social care/social work services.
Extended post qualifying experience in a senior position is required as is previous supervisory/management experience.
