Goodlyburn Primary School & Early Learning Centre, Perth
We are looking to recruit a Primary/Nursery Teacher to work in our Early Learning Centre on a part-time basis.
The role is varied and includes working with children in the age 3-5 classes with a responsibility for planning learning, teaching and assessment, modelling good practice to all nursery staff.
You should have an interest and experience in delivering Early Level CfE and play pedagogy.
Duties include supporting nursery staff with curriculum, experiences and spaces to offer the optimum learning environment to raise attainment. You will provide support for staff to undertake tracking and meet the needs of all learners through delivering universal and targeted interventions is a key part of the role.
You will work as part of our Centre management team to carry out self-evaluation and quality assurance tasks.
Skills & Experience Required
We are particularly interested in teachers who are looking for a new challenge in a growing sector of education who are willing to lead staff and planned areas of improvement.
We are a Centre which has strong links with partner agencies and candidates should be enthusiastic about working closely with families and a range of professionals to meet the needs of all our children.
You must have a diploma / degree in Primary Education and have current GTC Scotland registration.
You will be required to be a member of the PVG Scheme.
