Moncreiffe Primary School, Perth
Moncreiffe Primary School is looking for an enthusiastic, nurturing and supportive Primary School Support Assistant to join our friendly team.
You will help to support the quality lunch time provision for our P1-P7 pupils as well as supporting in the playground and with some additional duties within the School Office.
Please note that this post is 12 hours per week, term time only, working 1130am – 13.54pm (2 hours 24 minutes a day).
The Individual
We are looking for someone who is skilled and interested in working with children and can support them in different environments within our school.
You will be expected to work as part of a team and be able to work on your own initiative.
The ability to work in a team situation is important and a flexible approach to working with children aged 5-12 years old is essential.
A genuine interest in the development of children and their wellbeing is essential as are the important qualities of kindness, sensitivity, respectfulness, and good manners.
You will also be required to respect confidentiality at all times.
Some administrative duties will be required, working under the guidance of our School Clerical Officer.
