What we do: Provide a professional valuation and electoral registration service for both North and South Lanarkshire council areas in respect of the compilation of the Valuation Rolls, Valuation (Council Tax) List and Register of Electors.

Our vision: To deliver quality in the work which we undertake, provide efficient services to all service users, and ensure completeness and accuracy of the Electoral Register, Valuation Rolls, and the Valuation (Council Tax) Lists.

Who are we looking for: The post holder will be required to oversee our audit and information management team.  To manage, plan and implement administrative procedures ensuring service delivery, in accordance with statutory deadlines and inhouse best value targets.

The post holder will typically consider a range of data from several databases and will be required to use their knowledge and analytical skills to manipulate and produce data sets in accordance with the requirements of the service.

The post holder will represent Lanarkshire Valuation Joint Board on both internal and external working groups.
