About the Role

As an ICT Assistant Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting the procurement lifecycle and ensuring effective management of ICT contracts. Working alongside the ICT team and wider procurement teams, you’ll assist in vendor coordination, contract tracking, compliance monitoring, and contributing to procurement documentation and reporting.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys detail-oriented work and is keen to build experience in ICT procurement and contract processes within a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the procurement of ICT goods and services, including drafting specifications, gathering quotes, and preparing documentation.
  • Maintain and update the ICT contracts register, ensuring timely renewals and compliance with contract terms.
  • Support vendor onboarding, due diligence, and communication processes.
  • Track contract performance metrics and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and support procurement planning.
  • Contribute to procurement reporting and audit readiness.
  • Assist in the development and continuous improvement of procurement processes and systems.

The Individual

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

  • A keen interest in ICT and procurement & supply chain processes.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • A methodical approach to documentation and data handling.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and SharePoint.

The successful candidate will be subject to a Disclosure Scotland Level 1 check.
