Housing Services within Stirling Council are currently looking to recruit a Joiner to work with our in-house trade teams.
We currently provide Repairs and Maintenance services across our housing portfolio as well as undertaking Capital Investment works, Major Adaptations and Refurbishments.
The successful applicant will be involved in all aspects of Joinery works and will assist with Capital Investment works such as kitchen/bathroom replacement, along with the installation of aids and adaptations as well as participate in refurbishments works.
There will also be an element of day-to-day repairs and maintenance within our Housing stock.
The successful candidate must have a full driving licence and must participate in an out of hours standby/emergency service.
