Reporting to the Waste Co-ordinator, you will have a responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Waste Collection Service of Stirling Council. You must be able to motivate a team, prioritise workloads, meet deadlines and be able to demonstrate the ability to find solutions to problems effecting frontline service delivery. Good communication skills, IT skills and a current driving licence are essential. A current LGV licence is preferred. A formal qualification in Health & Safety is also desirable. A 4 days on 4 days off work pattern is in operation including weekend working.
