The Area

West Dunbartonshire, nestled between Glasgow and the Loch Lomond & Trossachs National Park, is often considered the gateway to the Scottish Highlands. Made up of rural, urban and waterfront locations it offers a range of new-build and traditional homes, all just half an hour from the heart of Glasgow, with excellent transport links.

The area has a rich past, shaped by its world-famous shipyards along the Clyde, and boasts many attractions ranging from the iconic Titan Crane and Dumbarton Rock, to the bonny banks of Loch Lomond and its historical whisky warehouses.

Award-Winning

As an award-winning local authority, named as one of the top 10 most flexible employers in Scotland we have a workforce of over 5,000 and offer a diverse and exciting working environment that encourages flexible working, supports Armed Forces, Veterans and their spouses and looks to attract top quality candidates to help drive the organisation forward.

If you have what it takes to be part of an award-winning team with big ambitions, we’d love to hear from you.
