As our Handy person, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our care home is safe, functional, and well-maintained. If you’re someone who enjoys hands-on work, solving problems, and keeping things in top condition, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out general maintenance and repairs in and around the care home
- Fix plumbing issues, electrical faults, and general DIY tasks
- Ensure all safety regulations are followed and home remain in good condition
- Maintain a proactive approach to any repairs or improvements that arise
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in general maintenance or a handy person role
- A proactive, reliable, and self-motivated attitude
- Ability to manage a range of maintenance tasks and repairs
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
