Salary: £40,170 - £48,357 per annum
West Lothian College are looking to appoint an outstanding lecturer who will demonstrate the necessary commitment and enthusiasm to contribute to their team. Working within the friendly and knowledgeable team within the Computing, Engineering and Built Environment Faculty, you will be committed to the delivery of high quality teaching and a varied learning experience, focussed on progression and employability.
Applications are invited for the position of Lecturer to contribute to the delivery and assessment of a range of courses from SCQF Level 4 to Level 7. You will develop course materials for online and face to face learning, work flexibly and collaborate effectively with other members of the College.
Applicants should be qualified to SCQF Level 7 in the relevant vocational area, or hold the highest level qualification in the relevant discipline to the subject area being taught and have extensive relevant industrial experience in electrical installation, as well as a good working knowledge of electrical systems. Applicants must hold a current approved electrical installation grade card. A teaching qualification and lecturing experience within the Engineering Sector is desirable.

Candidates that have been selected for interview will be required to deliver a 10 minute presentation and undertake a competency and values based interview.
