Job Description
To assist Active Stirling Members & Pay As You Go customers with all enquiries across all Active Stirling activities and promote digital assistance through Facebook, emails and telephone. The successful candidate will also provide excellent customer service with face-to-face enquiries assisting with membership and facility knowledge. Cleaning duties are a key part of this role. Knowledge of Word/Excel and social media use essential.
Please note, there are 2 posts available. There is x1 post of 18 hours per week permanent and x1 post of 10 hours per week (fixed term for a minimum of 6 months).
Both posts are varied from 5.30am -10pm and include weekends.

Excellent customer service and knowledge of Word /Excel/ Social Media platforms. Ability to adapt to changing situations. Be a courteous team player with initiative to deliver in a fast paced environment. Excellent understanding of English and Numeracy required as are Microsoft Office skills.Responsibilities
