The Burgh Afterschool Club

The Burgh Afterschool Club is a Limited Company with charitable status which provides wrap around care for children aged between 4 and 12 years from Musselburgh Burgh Primary School and Loretto RC Primary School. The company was established in 1995

The club is located within Musselburgh Burgh Primary School, Kilwinning Street, Musselburgh and is run by a management committee of parents and carers who are elected on an annual basis. The club has strong links and an excellent relationship with the head teacher and school staff, but is run independently.

The club provides breakfast and afterschool clubs during term time and also holiday club provision during school holidays (excluding Christmas) and in service days. Currently, an average of 50 children attend the clubs on a daily basis.
