The Priority Projects Unit (PPU) is a team of high-calibre policy and strategy professionals who work on the highest priority and most complex projects across the Cabinet Office and beyond. PPU has a wide range of experience of high priority strategy, policy, engagement, secretariat and programme management challenges. Many PPU professionals have experience outside the Civil Service.
