Bookings Advisor - Extended Lets

Part-time, 22.5 hours per week (Monday, Wednesday and Thursday)

Salary - £25,116 per annum pro rata (£14.44 per hour)

Location - Meadowbank Sports Centre

Do you love to help people, like to solve problems, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment? Excellent, we are looking for a friendly, positive, and vibrant bookings advisor to join the extended lets team based at our Head Office at Meadowbank Sports Centre.

You will be responsible for:

• Responding to telephone, email, and web enquiries in a prompt, knowledgeable, and engaging way to manage the allocation of bookings and invoicing for a wide range of sporting activities across our venues.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure bookings are managed in an efficient and effective way in line with our standards, leading to exceptional customer satisfaction.

Our ideal candidate will be:

• Customer-focused, enthusiastic individual with strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple demands simultaneously.
• Great listener with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to clearly convey information and ideas to a varied customer base.
• Decisive, fair, and consistent problem-solver with strong decision-making skills, able to organize and prioritize to strategically develop creative solutions for complex issues.
• Computer-literate with sound keyboard skills, and the ability to work with a range of IT software/systems e.g., membership systems and bookings systems and have a good working knowledge of MS Office.
