Working for Elgin Youth Development Group is more than just a job. Here at EYDG, we are passionate about making a positive impact on local young people to allow them to reach their full potential. Established in 1998 with the aim of providing a safe space to meet and socialise, EYDG is now an award-winning charity that is at the centre of our community.

Over the years, we have grown to include our youth work, The Warehouse @ EYC, our social enterprise, The Inkwell & our training cafe, Cafe @ The Warehouse. Together, all of these things combine to make a budding community hub which supports young people through every branch of our charity.

We are proud of the impact that our work has on our local community and are driven by our aim to ensure that young people have the opportunities to help them reach their full potential.
