Job Description

Fife Sports & Leisure Trust provides facilities and services to encourage sport, recreation, and physical activity within Fife's communities. As a not-for-profit organisation limited by guarantee, it reinvests any surplus funds into enhancing facilities and services for the local population. The organisation positively impacts communities by creating opportunities for people in Fife to engage in more frequent physical activity. This is facilitated through its estate of fourteen sports centres, swimming pools, outdoor facilities, and an athletics centre.

You will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer, working closely with the CEO and the Executive Management Team, to shape and implement the company's overall growth strategy as it continues to embark on transformational change. You will ensure that the company maximises its performance across various business aspects, including the consistent and successful service improvement of all venues.

Requirements

  • HND or general degree in a relevant business discipline
  • Before confirming appointment, you will be required to obtain a Level 1 Disclosure certificate through Disclosure Scotland.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will be:

· to lead and manage the business change arising from significant programmes, identifying and managing benefits from delivering the new capabilities.

· to identify, plan and assess the progress of a set of related business changes within the programme and to manage their interdependencies in support of specific business strategies.

· to maintain a strategic view over the change, taking primary responsibility for realising benefits and achieving measured improvements.

· to integrate and manage the transition of the change with mainstream business activities and monitor performance.
