Simeon is a story of determination and drive succeeding in the provision of excellent care to residents in a warm and friendly care home.

Simeon is a success story - a triumph of good will and dedication. It was founded by Camphill in 1983 to pioneer a model of elder care that would provide a therapeutic home and community; run in a deliberately informal way that encourages social interaction, rehabilitation, wholeness, well-being and safety. Care Inspection grades of 5 and 6 have been consistently awarded over several years.

A successful capital appeal has provided them with a new home in September 2015. Simeon House has 23 ensuite bedrooms with dementia-friendly features and an energy efficient building.
