Stand Easy

Stand Easy is a small Charity based in Dundee. We work mainly with Wounded, Injured or Sick ex-Forces and their families, and we use drama activities to support their recovery. We are extending our activities to include the Emergency Services. Most of our participants have Post Traumatic Stress related issues.

We run a 4 week May performance project which is residential and we also run weekly drama/social workshops in Dundee and in Stirling. We are starting to run family weekends to support whole families of our participants, where they are under stress.

Our activities are NOT about acting, they are there to improve the mental health of our participants, to reduce isolation and to help them deal with civilian life.
