About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Relief Support Practitioner, unlike other support roles, with Turning Point Scotland, no two days are the same!

You will provide individualised support to each person and engaging them with hobbies and interests to empower individuals to develop skills and independence.

We are a residential service and support people with mental health issues, physical health & learning disabilities. As a team we provide 24/7 support to live their best lives.

As a Relief Support Practitioner, you will work with individuals providing them with practical and emotional support and encouraging them to achieve their own personal outcomes in all aspects of their daily lives e.g. keeping safe, meaningful activities, community involvement, physical health, relationships, emotional health and wellbeing.
